great amenities but room could improve

The wellness treatments were rejuvenating and really good. I appreciated the spacious room that offered fine mountain views. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of locally sourced dishes.

The room could have benefited from more attention to detail in cleanliness and upkeep.

Everything was simply very good. It was fairly clean place, staff were attentive, and I truly enjoyed my stunning room. The breakfast served in the bar was enjoyable and lovely. The venue's position was central. Had tea and goodies at Kawiarnia Kmicic, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

ideal base for walking to the best zakopane attractions

The hotel's proximity to the Tatra Museum just a few steps away made it an awesome starting point for my explorations. I loved being able to walk to the scenic Old Church and Cemetery in less than 20 minutes, soaking in the charming atmosphere around me.

Beautiful stay with an amazing balcony view and fantastic breakfast choices, although the spa could use better space. Would definitely come back for the experience!

This hotel has a fine location with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed in a Premium Double or Twin Room with a spacious layout. The balcony was large, awesome for a great outdoor experience. Breakfast impressed me with its variety. The scrambled eggs stood out for their very nice taste. The spa area felt cramped, lacking enough lounge chairs to relax after a long day. The temperature of the pool was too cool for comfort, disappointing. I encountered a minor issue where the bedding wasn't changed properly on my second night, as the maid just remade the bed with yesterday's linen. I loved the ambiance and views but felt some area improvements could enhance the experience significantly.

The wooden architecture of the hotel created a cozy atmosphere that reminded me of my grandmother's cabin in the mountains. Every detail was thoughtfully designed.

Options were limited and lacked freshness, with several dishes not hitting the mark. The fitness center was disappointingly small and didn't have much equipment to cater to diverse workout needs. The temperature of the pool was too cool for a comfortable swim, so don't expect a leisurely dip without a chill. Despite the charming atmosphere, the design of the hotel made for some long, confusing corridors that led to a few frustrating moments of getting lost.
